Celebration Of Life

In loving memory of Alberto Ponce, also known to his family as “Papi." It is with great sadness to announce his passing. Papi passed peacefully surrounded by his wife Carmen, his son Jay, grandson Mark, & granddaughter Emily.

To those who knew Alberto (“Papi”), he was known for his open-door policy where there was always a pot of coffee brewing and stories being told. He was filled with great spirts, full of humor, lots of love, and memories to share. He taught us the value of hard work, the importance of kindness, and how to love unconditionally.

Papi dedicated 20 years to the Marine Corps where he served to fight for our country. Papi served in the Vietnam war. Where he was wounded in battle and received a purple heart for his courageous acts.

Papi was known for being a family man; survived by his wife, a son, two grandkids, and six great-grandkids.
