Frank E. Allen of New Port Richey, passed away on August 10, 2016 at the age of 70. Born in Pleasantville, NJ. Beloved husband of 48 years to Linda Allen. Loving father of Frank, Jr. He is also survived by four sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was a navy veteran.
