Joyce Trompeo, 75, passed away surrounded by love, leaving a legacy behind of laughter, creativity and devotion to her family.


Joyce was a loving mother, cherished grandmother of 3 beautiful granddaughters, talented artist, retired elementary school art teacher, and unforgettable spirit who left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She was known for her incredible sense of humor and her natural ability to make people feel welcome. Anyone she met ended up loving her. Her laughter was contagious, her presence comforting, and her heart endlessly generous.


As an artist, Joyce expressed herself with creativity and passion. Her work reflected her vibrant personality and the depth of her emotions. Art was not just something she did---it was part of who she was.


She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Roberto Trompeo, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, partnership and devotion.


Joyce is survived by her daughter, Jessica Trompeo Duran, son-in-law, Alex, her 2 granddaughters, Gabriella (15) and Ariana (13); and her son, Stefano Trompeo, daughter-in-law, Michelle, and granddaughter, Sienna (1). Her grandchildren was a special source of pride and joy, and she treasured every moment spent with them.


Joyce will be remembered for her humor, her kindness, resilience, and the way she made every room brighter simply by being in it. Her legacy lived on through her art, her family and the countless lives she touched.


She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and ALWAYS remembered.
