91, of New Port Richey, FL, died June 28, 2021. Survived by sister, Rita Lesniak (Frank), sister-in-law, Elenor Bolalak, and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband, Patrick and brother, Walter Bolalak.
Martha was a volunteer at St. Luke's Eye Clinic and Good Samaritan Health Center and a member of Sigma Phi Gamma Sorority.
Services will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on August 10, 2021 at 10AM.
