Penelope E. Witherspoon, 67, of Holiday, passed away on July 27, 2016. She is survived by a stepson, Billy, brothers, Doyle, David, Doyen and Daniel, sisters Maureena and Tamara and 2 grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Service will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 10:00 at Living Word Church. Burial to follow at East Elfers Cemetery.
