Sharron M. Carter, 76, New Port Richey, Florida, Passed away on February 13th, with her sister by her side. Sharron was born on May 27, 1946 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada to Edward W. Hayes and Katherine B. Hayes. Sharron moved to Florida in 1980 to be with her family. Sharron is survived by her sister, Colleen Hayes and brother Edward Hayes.
