Todd Michael Marz

Todd Michael Marz, 56, (New Port Richey, FL, formerly of Forest City, PA) passed away on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

Born on Long Island, NY, he was the youngest of three sons to Carole & Robert Marz Sr. (New Port Richey, FL) He has two surviving brothers. Scott & Robert Jr.; an Aunt & Uncle, Gail & Lou Alquist of New Port Richey and a Godmother, Ellie Marz in Brevard, NC.

Todd is also survived by his best friend and life partner, the absolute love of his life, Donna Marz, their three children, Michael Marz, Philadelphia; Jordyn Arnold & husband Wes; and Eric J Loff Jr & wife, Kelly; as well as his six grandchildren, which he called his “littles”- Landon, Eliott, and Emilia Arnold; Maverick, Lennan and Rowan Loff; and their fur babies, his best girl Cami, and two cats Macie and Remi.

During his time here in the physical world, Todd was extremely involved around his community. He served as a paramedic for the Pennsylvania Ambulance Association for several years, then moving on to eventually become a Lieutenant for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, serving for 26 years before retiring in May of 2023. After retirement, he briefly worked as a security guard for the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Dickson City, PA. Todd loved to travel and did as much as he could with Donna.

Todd was the absolute life of the party and was a bright light for any room he walked into. He was so loved and adored by everyone he came in contact with. He loved anything involving the outdoors, whether it be hunting, camping, biking, riding in the side by side with his girls, or sitting by the shore and picking seashells on the beach. He was also a life-long die-hard fan of the New York Yankees.

His positive attitude and love for life will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Celebration of Life services will be held in the future in Florida and Pennsylvania

Todd’s love for animals showed in how he treated his own “fur babies”. Todd and Donna both volunteered at True Friends and two of their fur babies came from there.
